its very close to Vatican museum and has a lift
Its many bedrooms in the same floor, apartment. Doors doesn't look safe even when you lock You can hear another person snoring while you try to sleep, feels more like hostel when the hotel.

Comfortable & affordable, clean bedrooms near Ottaviano metro station and The Vatican
More than a Hotel, the Royal Suite du Vatican provides serviced rooms. The bedrooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture is a bit old and worn, but the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked fine, and the bathroom was modern with good amenities. The rooms are up on the third floor of the building on a quiet street with a couple of coffee shops and restaurants. The street noise is normal city street noise that didn't bother us at all, and the bedrooms aren't super soundproofed so you might hear your neighbors. Having said that, we slept soundly and comfortably. The TV isn't a Smart TV so it doesn't have many channels, but we were able to connect our Chromecast to it. For toiletries you are provided with shampoo and shower gel in single-use sachets, but no conditioner nor tissues. There is a tiny fridge in the room with a kettle and a coffee-pod machine, and you are provided with 2 coffee pods daily. We purchased more at the local Carrefour express which is a short distance away! On that note, there are a few groceries near the motel which close at 10pm, plus many coffee shops and restaurants. The closest metro station is OTTAVIANO, but keep in mind there are no escalators nor elevators at the station, so you'll need to carry your bags up/down the stairs should you choose this option. Upon checking in, we were given by the cleaner a large bedroom with a queen bed as well as a Murphy-bed (this was unmade). Turns out this was a mistake by the cleaner as 2 ladies checked in shortly thereafter and apparently they thought they had booked for a bedroom with 2 separate beds. We had started to unpack, but had to put everything on hold while the cleaner conversed with the 2 new guests as perhaps we needed to switch room with them. In the end they opted for keeping the room they were given as switching to ours would've attracted an additional charge as the extra bed needed to be made.
As it's just serviced rooms, the Reception is usually unmanned (unless they are expecting a check-in in the afternoon). The cleaners come in the morning and leave before 2pm, so if you have any questions or concerns, make sure to see them before they leave! Also keep this in mind if you plan to check-in early. We had contacted management to ask whether we would be able to leave our luggage at the Reception in the morning (as check-in is at 2pm) but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate this. However we were very lucky to find a nice, air conditioned place with free Wi-Fi super close to the Royal Suite du Vatican! Should you be stuck waiting around and want to sit down somewhere comfortable with moderately priced food, head to the "SISAL WINCITY" on Via Vespasiano 19. It's like a small Casino, with a restaurant, sport-betting and slot machines open from 10am to 1am. The management however is very responsive online through Booking.com. One evening we returned to find one room hadn't been serviced. We contacted management and, after speaking with the cleaner, they told us the cleaner had apparently heard voices coming from our room so she thought we were inside and decided to leave without cleaning the room nor trying to knock on our door to check with us. However we had not been in the room at all as we had left in the morning, so I'm unsure why the issue happened. When we returned in the evening we contacted management about the room not being serviced because we didn't have access to any clean cups and coffee pods (we weren't too fussed on the bed not being made, to be honest). To their credit management was super responsive and quickly organised for the cleaner to return. The cleaner was visibly unhappy with us, but it honestly wasn't our problem as missing our room had been her mistake: all she should've done was KNOCK and enter the bedroom to check if we were actually there.

Прекрасное расположение. Вокруг множество кафе, магазинов и вся красота Рима. До площади Святого Петра 10 минут пешком. До фонтана Треви и Пантеона прогулка будет дольше, но это прогулка по Риму! Замечательный персонал.
Все было хорошо.
